we have faced this problem in all colleges in Delhi, we in LHMC,UCMS & MAMC nearly went on a strike..but truce was reached after assurances from authorities... it was in the press too..it is getting routine for people to get physical wih doctors,although major fault is with security systems ..only one relative per patient shud be stritly enforced.. i wud suggest some fault lies with medical teaching too where very little is taught ot doctors about communication skills..
